Job summary

Pantheon Data seeks an experienced leader to design and implement a portfolio management framework for DHS acquisition paths. You will own the governance, criteria, and artifacts, and defend the approach with senior executives.

You will lead a two-person team, collaborate with an information designer, and present to government stakeholders. Onsite in Washington, DC is expected, with remote work options as appropriate.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in federal acquisition program management, acquisition oversight, or acquisition governance.
• Experience designing or shaping acquisition governance processes, assessment criteria, or portfolio constructs.
• Direct experience supporting or operating within a Component Acquisition Executive office or equivalent oversight body.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical scope end to end: acquisition pathway identification, portfolio management construct, implementation roadmap, and portfolio performance management.
• Develop criteria evaluating investments across strategic alignment, business value, technical health, and acquisition readiness.
• Design the governance process and build consensus across program offices.
• Facilitate working sessions with senior government stakeholders and translate outputs into structured artifacts.
• Sequence an implementation roadmap based on actual maturity, not ideal-state models.
• Author the Project Management Plan and lead the post-award kickoff.
• Serve as primary government Program Manager and COR contact.
• Direct the information designer and integrate workstreams into coherent deliverables.
