Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial related field.
Active PMP certification.
15+ years in DHS/DoD environments with 10+ years in Federal Real Property management including acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple task orders and teams under a single BPA.
Provide leadership for priority initiatives including senior leadership briefings, leadership councils, Congressional requests, ad hoc data calls, and programmatic needs.
Support policy promulgation lifecycle including drafting policies and updates as program evolves.
Responsible for overall performance of the BPA contract, including cost, schedule, deliverables, staffing, and quality of execution.
