Alpha Omega Integration is seeking a Program Manager to oversee an IT portfolio within a PMO, coordinating multiple agile teams in a hybrid Arlington, VA and remote environment. DHS and SELC experience is valued, with a focus on delivering complex, integrated solutions for federal customers.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure deliveryaligns with quality standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at varied levels.
• Ability to complete DHS security and suitability background check.
• Proven ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize, and manage multiple agile project teams.
• Ensure high performance and quality for clients and meet QA standards.
• Manage large, complex enterprise portfolio with multiple agile teams or cross-team coordination.
• Lead large diverse teams of technical, acquisition, financial, and program staff.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and customer systems and quality standards.
• Advise on how to utilize team members effectively and backfill when needed.
