Qualifications

• Graduate degree in management, engineering, or business/finance field.
• Active PMP certification required.
• 15+ years DHS/DoD experience with 10+ years in Federal Real Property management.
• 10+ years leading complex engagements across DHS/DoD.
• Ability to work remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple task orders and teams under a single BPA.
• Provide leadership support for priority initiatives including briefings and Congressional data calls.
• Support policy lifecycle and updates as the program evolves.
• Oversee BPA contract performance: cost, schedule, staffing, and quality.
