Goldbelt C6, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Senior Specialist to deliver senior-level HR guidance across recruitment, advisory services, organizational analysis, classification, and benefits. Primary location is Washington, DC with potential remote work as approved for contract.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree ( Master’s preferred), and strong skills in communication, leadership, data analysis, and program management.

Qualifications

• Must have a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s degree may substitute.
• 14 years of HR experience can substitute for a degree.
• Strong communication, leadership, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment and staffing support in federal hiring processes using agency systems (e.g., USAJOBS).
• Advise on human capital, workforce planning, and policy development.
• Conduct organizational and workforce analysis and prepare actionable reports.
• Assist with position classification, management, and compensation analyses.
• Support benefits information, retirement planning, and employee programs.
• Participate in new employee orientation and HR-related training.
