Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ HR experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Must have Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services – technical and management.
• Lead awards and recognition programs and operations.
• Map and reengineer business processes.
• Model competencies and implement them across the organization.
