Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist to support civilian public health and defense medical programs from Washington, DC or a remote work site as approved.

The role involves providing guidance on recruitment, classification, benefits, and workforce planning to ensure compliant, efficient operations. The position emphasizes advisory services, policy development, and data-driven analysis to inform management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience required.
• Associates degree with 2+ years of experience or no degree with an additional 4 years of experience acceptable.
• Secret clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of HR services in federal hiring processes, including delegated examining and audits.
• Develop and implement recruitment plans in collaboration with managers.
• Advise Employee Relations on performance management and labor relations matters.
• Conduct organizational/workforce analysis and draft strategic recommendations.
• Prepare classifications and evaluation statements for various General Schedule roles.
• Assist with benefits information and eligibility discussions.
• Support new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
