Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own and grow a defined territory, driving net-new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts. You will position Cohesity as mission-critical infrastructure for cyber resilience and data security, navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups to close large, strategic deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant sales experience in quota-carrying roles selling complex technology solutions.
• Experience selling to Information Security / Cybersecurity teams and aligning solutions to security requirements.
• Experience selling into accounts with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Target and land strategic new logos and deliver against an annual quota.
• Own a strategic territory and build multi-quarter pipeline for large-deal targets.
• Lead discovery to reframing security problems and build win strategies for long cycles.
• Build relationships with CISOs and CIOs and coordinate cross-functional deal teams.
• Structure and negotiate complex, competitive deals including ELAs and partner structures.
• Lead multi-product, platform-level deals and integrate security and AI into resilience strategy.
