Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security and management, is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Arlington, VA to drive net-new logo acquisition and expand strategic accounts while positioning Cohesity as mission-critical infrastructure for cyber resilience.

You will own a defined territory, build and manage a robust pipeline from prospecting through close, engage C‑level executives, and collaborate with sales engineers and partners to execute coordinated account strategies, all within

Qualifications

• Extensive success in a quota-carrying, customer-facing sales role selling complex technology solutions.
• Experience selling to accounts with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Knowledge of data security architectures and competitive landscape.
• Experience with Cohesity solutions (DataProtect, DataHawk, SmartFiles) strongly preferred.
• Professional English language proficiency for customer and internal communication.

Responsabilités

• Own a defined territory and hit annual quota with new logos and account expansion.
• Build, manage, and close a robust pipeline of complex transactions from prospecting to close.
• Engage C-level and VP-level buyers in structured, value-based sales cycles.
• Develop business cases linking Cohesity's platform to outcomes in security and resilience.
• Partner with sales engineers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to execute strategies.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, territory plans, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
• Leverage AI tools to improve deal quality and data-driven decision making.
