BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Federal Contracts & Pricing Senior Associate to support clients through the full lifecycle of federal contracting, including proposal development, negotiations, and compliance with FAR/DFARS. You will collaborate with clients, internal SMEs, subcontractors, and government customers to deliver compliant contract and pricing solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of federal contracting experience, familiarity with FAR/DFARS/CAS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Three (3) or more years of federal contracting experience, required.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, CAS and/or other federal contracting regulations, required.
• Experience working with GSA Schedules, OTAs, and other non-FAR based awards, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing full lifecycle contract administration for federal clients including proposal development, negotiations, execution, performance, modifications, and contract closeout.
• Review solicitations and proposals for compliance risks; support development of budget models, cost narratives, business volumes, and representations and certifications.
• Interpret and apply FAR, DFARS, CAS and agency regulations to negotiate awards and ensure compliance across federally funded projects.
• Manage subcontractor compliance including onboarding, flowdowns, price reasonableness, and performance monitoring.
• Lead development and tracking of small business subcontracting plans and reporting.
• Develop and complete compliant contract files, performance trackers, and reporting templates to maintain deliverables and disclosures.
• Review and develop client policies and procedures, tools, templates, and internal controls to meet federal portfolio requirements.
• Support firm development activities and marketing initiatives including trade shows, networking, and cross servicing opportunities.
• Prepare thought leadership such as articles or presentations for webinars and conferences.
• Provide verbal and written performance feedback to Associates and Interns.
