Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Federal Contracts & Pricing Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of federal contracts, including proposals, negotiations, and closeout for federal clients. You will ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and related regulations while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires six+ years of federal contracting experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office; Icertis experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six (6) or more years of federal contracting experience required.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, CAS and/or other federal contracting regulations required.
• Experience with General Service Administration (GSA) Schedules, OTAs, and non-FAR awards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle contract administration for federal clients, including proposals, negotiations, execution, and closeout.
• Review solicitations for compliance risks; support budget models and representations.
• Interpret FAR/DFARS and agency regulations to negotiate awards and ensure compliance across federally funded projects.
