Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Federal Contracts & Pricing Manager to support clients through the full lifecycle of federal contracting, including prime contract administration, strategic proposals, and subcontract management while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance.

The role emphasizes communication with clients, internal experts, subcontractors and government customers to deliver compliant contract and pricing solutions across diverse federal programs.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of federal contracting experience.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, CAS and/or other federal contracting regulations.
• Experience with special award types such as GSA Schedules and OTAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle contract administration for federal clients, including proposals and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency supplements across awards.
• Manage subcontractor onboarding, flowdowns, pricing reasonableness, and performance.
