BDO USA, LLP seeks an experienced Federal Contracts & Pricing Manager to guide the full lifecycle of federal contracting, including prime contract administration, strategic proposals, subcontract management, and FAR/DFARS compliance. You will collaborate with clients, SMEs, subcontractors, and government customers to deliver compliant contract and pricing solutions.

Responsibilities include managing proposals, reviews for compliance, and development of budget models, plus leading small business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, finance, or law preferred.
• Six+ years of federal contracting experience required.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, CAS and/or other federal contracting regulations required.
• Experience with GSA Schedules, OTAs, and other non-FAR awards preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages full lifecycle contract administration for federal clients, including proposals, execution, performance, and closeout.
• Reviews solicitations for compliance risks; supports budget models and cost narratives.
• Interprets FAR/DFARS and agency regulations to negotiate awards and ensure compliance.
• Manages subcontractor compliance, onboarding, and price reasonableness.
• Leads development of small business subcontracting plans and reporting.
• Develops compliant contract files, reports, and templates to track deliverables and disclosures.
