Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Construction Representative to lead quality assurance and inspection for a federally funded project in Hendersonville, TN. The role focuses on contract compliance, safety regulations, and daily documentation using RMS.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in QA/QC on construction, with USACE or federal project exposure, and knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA 29 CFR 1926. US citizenship and background clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of quality control/quality assurance on construction projects.
• USACE or federal project experience preferred.
• Experience in welding, machining, or industrial construction and field inspections.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and review as‑built drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing construction through on-site visits and review reports and test results.
• Ensure contractor work complies with schedule, plans, specs, and safety regs.
• Review daily QC reports and ensure proper documentation of inspections.
• Attend QA preparatory and initial inspections and report deficiencies via RMS.
• Maintain tracking for deficiencies, RFIs, and field problems.
