Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Construction Representative in Hendersonville, TN.

This senior role provides construction quality assurance, inspection, and contract compliance services for a federally funded project. You will review quality control documentation, participate in meetings, document daily activities in RMS, and ensure compliance with EM 385‑1‑1 and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of quality control/quality assurance on construction projects.
• USACE or federal project experience preferred.
• Experience in welding, machining, and/or industrial construction.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specs, and as‑built drawings.
• Knowledge of EM 385‑1‑1 and OSHA construction regs.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing construction through on-site visits and review reports and tests.
• Independently inspect complex civil construction activities with technical expertise.
• Ensure contractor work complies with schedule, plans and specs, and safety regulations.
• Review daily QC reports and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain RMS input and daily QC surveillance and QA reporting.
• Coordinate with USACE personnel in meetings and reviews.
• Attend prep inspections and provide input on QA reports within 24 hours.
• Maintain a deficiency tracking system and RFIs.
