Qualifications

• Fifteen years of quality control/quality assurance on construction projects.
• USACE or federal project experience preferred.
• Ability to inspect complex civil construction and review QC documentation.
• Knowledge of EM 385‑1‑1 and OSHA construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing construction on-site and review contractor reports.
• Ensure work complies with schedules, plans, and specifications.
• Document daily QA activities in RMS and report deficiencies.
• Attend quality assurance meetings and prepare daily progress inputs.
• Monitor RFIs and deficiency tracking; support risk management.
