Responsibilities include ensuring workmanship quality, materials conformance, and adherence to plans for government projects. The role requires extensive inspection experience, knowledge of relevant codes, and the ability to produce detailed site reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher construction degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of construction contract administration/inspection on large DoD/USACE projects preferred.
• Experience with vertical construction projects; hospital projects highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specs to government personnel.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure project complies with engineering standards and codes.
• Perform inspections and daily site reports including progress, safety, and subcontractor manpower.
