Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a cross-functional operations leader to own end-to-end procurement, logistics, and software licensing for a rapidly expanding hardware fleet. You will design repeatable workflows, align across Engineering, Operations, IT, Security, and Finance, and operate in ambiguity with pace.

You will build the function from zero, scale processes, and own vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and efficiency across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Building operational processes or standing up a function from scratch.
• 5+ years across operations, business operations, procurement, supply chain, IT/OT asset management, or a comparable generalist operating role.
• Real depth in at least one of: procurement/purchasing, asset/IT lifecycle management, or logistics.
• Fluency across connected systems (ticketing, warehouse, ERP) and turning spreadsheet chaos into auditable process.
• Influence without direct authority to align multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to be hands-on; this role builds and does.

Responsibilities

• Own execution end to end: from defined needs to purchase, receipt, verification, and delivery to the production line.
• Make the dock-to-floor pipeline work: receiving, staging, verification, and deployment timing to avoid build blocks.
• Own back half of lifecycle: refresh, RMA, warranty, vendor returns; ensure compliance and proper handling.
• Build the software-licensing function: inventory, cost-category model, enterprise licensing, renewals, and compliance.
• Keep systems honest: mirror physical hardware and license status in ticketing, warehouse, and asset-management tools.
• Design the system: create standards, SOPs, and processes that scale with growth.
