Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an operational leader to design and scale procurement, logistics, and software licensing workflows. You will own end-to-end processes from need to delivery, build a dock-to-floor pipeline, and drive enterprise licensing alignment across devices and teams.

You will implement repeatable SOPs and dashboards to support rapid growth while staying compliant and secure in a hardware-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Building operational processes from zero and scaling them.
• 5+ years in operations, procurement, supply chain, IT/OT asset management, or related roles.
• One domain of depth in procurement, asset/IT lifecycle, or logistics.
• Systems fluency across connected systems (ticketing, warehouse, ERP).
• Influence without authority and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on mindset with willingness to do unglamorous work.

Responsibilities

• Own execution end to end from defined needs to production line delivery.
• Build and run dock-to-floor pipeline including receiving, staging, verification, and deployment.
• Manage lifecycle: refresh, RMA, warranty, and vendor returns; ensure compliance.
• Stand up software licensing inventory and enterprise licensing transitions.
• Mirror hardware and license status in ticketing, warehouse, and asset-management tools.
• Design repeatable standards, SOPs, and scalable processes for rapid growth.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity and at pace with multiple priorities.
