Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a results-driven Operations professional to design and implement the end-to-end procurement and logistics system for our factory footprint. You will transform needs into compliant purchases, coordinate dock-to-floor flow, and drive licensing and asset management processes.

You will build scalable SOPs and dashboards, ensuring alignment between physical assets and system data while operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• Building operational processes from zero, not reusing existing ones.
• Experience across operations, procurement, supply chain or IT/OT asset management (5+ years).
• Depth in at least one domain (procurement, asset/IT lifecycle, or logistics).
• Fluency across connected systems (ticketing, warehouse, ERP).
• Ability to influence across Engineering, Operations, IT, Security, and Finance without direct authority.
• Hands-on mindset; willing to build and operate systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement process from need to delivery.
• Oversee dock-to-floor logistics and reconciliation.
• Manage software licensing, cost categorization, and enterprise licensing transition.
• Create repeatable SOPs and dashboards for scalable operations.
• Ensure physical hardware status mirrors system records in ticketing and ERP.
• Propose and implement standards to reduce risk and enable rapid growth.
• Operate in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
