Job summary

Qualifications

• Track record of building operational processes or standing up a function from scratch.
• 5+ years in operations, business operations, procurement, supply chain, IT/OT asset management, or similar.
• Depth in at least one domain: procurement, asset/IT lifecycle, or logistics.
• Fluency across connected systems and turning spreadsheet chaos into auditable process.

Responsibilities

• Own execution end to end from need to production line with minimal oversight.
• Make the dock-to-floor pipeline work: receiving, staging, verification, and deployment timing.
• Own the back half of the lifecycle: refresh, RMA, warranty, vendor returns.
• Build the software-licensing function: inventory, enterprise licensing, renewals, compliance.
• Keep systems honest: reflect hardware and license status in ticketing, warehouse, and asset-management tools.
• Design the system: standards, SOPs, and process improvements for scale.
