Qualifications

• Building operational processes or functions from scratch.
• 5+ years in operations, procurement, supply chain, or related generalist role.
• Depth in at least one domain: procurement, asset IT lifecycle, or logistics.
• Fluency across connected systems (ticketing, warehouse, ERP).
• Ability to influence across Engineering, Operations, IT, Security, and Finance.
• Hands-on approach with willingness to build and do.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end procurement and logistics workflows.
• Own dock-to-floor material flow and reconciliation.
• Stand up software licensing inventory and enterprise licensing.
• Create SOPs and dashboards for scalable operations.
• Maintain accurate system mirrors of hardware and licenses.
• Operate in ambiguity and deliver at pace.
