Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Operations and Logistics Associate for Factory Systems to design and run a scalable workflow from hardware and software needs through procurement and deployment.

You will own the end-to-end processes to ensure on-time delivery and alignment between physical status and system records, while driving enterprise licensing and compliance in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• Built operational processes from zero or stand-up functions.
• 5+ years in operations, procurement, supply chain, IT asset management, or related roles.
• Depth in at least one domain: procurement, asset/IT lifecycle, or logistics.
• Fluency across connected systems (ticketing, warehouse, ERP).
• Ability to influence Engineering, Operations, IT, Security, and Finance without direct authority.
• Hands-on attitude; willing to do the unglamorous work to build scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and run end-to-end procurement engine from need to purchase and delivery.
• Own the dock-to-floor logistics including receiving, staging, and deployment timing.
• Build the software-licensing function and enterprise licensing transition.
• Create repeatable SOPs and dashboards to scale with growth.
• Keep physical hardware and license status mirrored in systems and tools.
• Design standards and process improvements to reduce risk and scale.
