Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Operations and Logistics Associate, Factory Systems, to design and scale the workflows that connect procurement, receiving, and production on a rapidly growing hardware platform. You will own end-to-end execution, improve dock-to-floor processes, and stand up licensing and asset systems while coordinating across Engineering, Security, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Building operational processes or standing up a function from scratch.
• 5+ years across operations, procurement, or logistics in fast-paced hardware/manufacturing/defense.
• Depth in at least one domain: procurement, asset/IT lifecycle, or logistics.
• Fluency across connected systems (ticketing, warehouse, ERP).
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Hands-on mindset; willing to do the unglamorous work.

Responsibilities

• Own execution end to end from need to production line with minimal oversight.
• Make dock-to-floor pipeline work: receiving, staging, reconciliation, deployment timing.
• Manage lifecycle: refresh, RMA, warranty, vendor returns.
• Build the software-licensing function: inventory, cost categorization, enterprise licensing.
• Keep systems honest: mirror hardware and license status across ticketing, warehouse, ERP.
• Design standards, SOPs, and dashboards to scale with growth.
• Operate in ambiguity, at pace across multiple priorities.
