Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate independently with mature judgment.

• 2+ years in consulting, investment banking, internal strategy/ops, or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own operational projects end-to-end from definition to implementation.
• Work at the intersection of people, hardware, and software systems.
• Forward-deploy to stand up facilities and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Partner with Strategic Real Estate, Global Defense, and Corporate Development on site-related tasks.
• Provide structure to ambiguity and guide cross-functional decisions.
• Deeply analyze data from ERP, MRP, HRIS to measure and improve processes.
• Coordinate across large groups, including C-suite executives, toward solutions.
