Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is hiring for a business-ops oriented role to design the end-to-end hardware and software flow from need to production. You will build processes for procurement, licensing, and logistics that scale with a growing manufacturing footprint.

You’ll own the dock-to-floor pipeline, stand up an enterprise licensing model, craft SOPs and dashboards, and operate in ambiguity at pace to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Building operational processes from zero, not just maintaining existing ones.
• 5+ years in operations, procurement, supply chain, IT asset management, or a generalist role.
• Depth in at least one of procurement, asset/IT lifecycle, or logistics.
• Fluency across connected systems (ticketing, warehouse, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement engine from defined needs to on-time delivery with vendor management.
• Own dock-to-floor logistics, receiving, staging, and reconciliation today.
• Build and manage software licensing, renewals, and enterprise licensing transitions.
• Create SOPs and dashboards that scale with growth and link to systems.
• Keep physical hardware and license status mirrored in ticketing and ERP tools.
• Operate in ambiguity, prioritize, and execute with accountability.
