Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands-on Operations professional to stand up and scale procurement, logistics, and software licensing processes for a fast-growing hardware program. You will design workflows, SOPs, and dashboards to run end-to-end from need to production floor.

This role requires 5+ years in operations or procurement, experience building processes from zero, and fluency across ticketing, warehouse, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, procurement, supply chain, IT/OT asset management, or similar.
• Experience building processes or functions from scratch.
• Strong cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
• Systems fluency across ticketing, warehouse, ERP.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution from defined need to procurement, receipt, verification, and delivery.
• Make dock-to-floor pipeline work: receiving, staging, reconciliation, and timely deployment.
• Own lifecycle: refresh, RMA, warranty, returns; manage e-waste and decommissioning.
• Build software-licensing function: inventory, cost model, enterprise licensing, renewals, compliance.
• Keep systems updated: mirror hardware and license status in ticketing, warehouse, and asset-management tools.
• Design standards, SOPs, and dashboards to scale with growth.
• Operate in ambiguity, at pace with multiple priorities.
