Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations and Logistics Associate for Factory Systems in California. You will design and run the end-to-end procurement process, manage dock-to-floor workflows, and stand up enterprise software licensing to support a rapidly expanding production footprint.

You will implement repeatable SOPs and dashboards, ensure system alignment with physical operations, and stay hands-on while scaling the operations team to meet accelerating demand.

Qualifications

• Building operational processes from scratch.
• 5+ years across operations, procurement, supply chain, IT/asset management.
• Depth in at least one: procurement or logistics.
• Fluency across connected systems (ticketing, warehouse, ERP).
• Influence without direct authority to align multiple functions.
• Willingness to be hands-on, building and operating.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement: need to delivery, workflows, cost allocation, vendor management.
• Own dock-to-floor logistics: receiving, staging, verification, deployment, and returns.
• Stand up software licensing: move to enterprise licensing and renewals.
• Create scalable SOPs and dashboards that run by process, not heroics.
• Keep hardware and license status mirrored in system ticketing and ERP.
• Design system improvements to enable rapid growth and reliability.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity and pace.
