Job summary

JLL in Santa Clara, CA seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee on-site operations for assigned buildings within the account. You will manage a team of FM professionals, coordinate with landlords, ensure contract compliance and drive cost-effective services for the client.

The role requires 8–10 years in Integrated Facilities Management, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Excel, MS Office, SharePoint and CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management or related Commercial Real Estate function.
• Strong organizational and management within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentations skills.
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
• Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Share Point.
• Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Facility Management staff across sites.
• Ensure lease compliance and strong tenant relations.
• Oversee budgets, reporting, and cost recovery.
• Coordinate third-party owners and service providers.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets with client goals.
• Support collection of management fees and reimbursements.
