Job summary

JLL in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily FM operations across a multi-site portfolio. You will be the single point of contact for site teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.

You will matrix-manage technical and administrative staff, collaborate with supply chain, and represent JLL in ethics, people and relationship management, while driving cost efficiency and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years facility management experience with corporate or third-party service provider.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for daily FM operations at the site or multi-sites.
• Matrix-manage technical and administrative staff and maintain morale.
• Collaborate with supply chain to define scope, coordinate supplier walkthroughs, and manage supplier performance.
• Represent JLL and manage partnerships in service, performance, compliance, ethics, people and relationships.
• SPOC for HR matters for the FM team; coordinate with HR on learning & development and leave planning.
• Identify opportunities to deliver value through quality, innovation or cost improvements; participate in central programs.
• Ensure contract commitments are fulfilled; focus on client and end-user experience and JLL innovation.
• Establish annual budget and track expenses; provide financial reporting and achieve commercial goals for FM operations.
• Implement programs to reduce costs and increase productivity; monitor KPIs and SLAs; take corrective actions.
• Lead participation in local JLL and account innovation programs and redeploy innovations.
