Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Oversee all aspects of facilities operations for a complex portfolio of commercial properties.
• Lead a team of facilities professionals and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, CAPEX plans, and financial forecasts.
