Job summary

JLL in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (M2) to lead Facilities Management across a 24-building, 5 million+ square foot campus for a Fortune 500 technology client.

You will manage vendor relations, budgeting, PM schedules, and performance against SLAs, while developing the FM team and ensuring client satisfaction.

Onsite schedule is Mon-Fri, with on-call duties for emergencies; strong leadership, financial acumen, and CMMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in FM, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of staff and interface with vendors to ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety interfaces; lead Building Controls Automation team.
• Drive vendor management strategy for soft services and improve service delivery.
• Develop operational processes and strengthen contracts to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Assist in managing an $80M FM operating budget, CAPEX plans, and financial forecasting.
