Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Manager (Multi-Site) for Santa Clara and Pleasanton, CA. You will lead a hybrid workforce, coordinate field vendors, and manage an OpEx budget while driving KPI performance and safety compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in FM, experience with unionized and non-union teams, and strong financial acumen. A PMP or similar certification is a plus, with on-site responsibilities at multiple California sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Facilities Management.
• Experience managing both unionized and non-unionized workforces.
• Strong experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and reporting on financial variances.
• Power user in SAP or CMMS; ability to use data to tell a story of operational health.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and coach a hybrid workforce, including unionized trades and non-union staff.
• Mediate and resolve labor relations issues while ensuring CBAs and policy compliance.
• Coordinate on-site vendors (janitorial, security, lab maintenance) and ensure SLAs.
• Track monthly KPIs (uptime, response time, energy usage) for client value.
• Partner with Engineering Team to support CapEx projects and ensure maintainability.
