You will ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs while controlling costs within budget, partner with Senior Facilities Managers to set vision, and act as primary client interface.

The role requires 5–8 years of facilities management experience, strong vendor management, CMMS and MS Office skills, and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years Facilities Management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations in fast-paced environments and strong client relations.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of properties to protect and improve client site value.
• Lead and develop facilities team while managing budgets and SLAs.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and client managers to deliver services.
• Promote safety culture, sustainability practices and continuous improvement.
