Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager in Washington, DC, to lead facilities operations for a multinational client. This onsite role reports to the Regional Facilities Manager and oversees locations across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Arlington, with 25% travel.

You will manage budgets, coordinate service delivery, and drive cost-saving programs while leading a team to ensure top-notch facility management services for a Fortune 500 client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in facilities/engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of third-party commercial facilities management experience.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills; able to manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations for the client portfolio in DC area and regional sites.
• Coordinate budgets, invoices, and service delivery with vendors and teams.
• Develop programs to reduce costs and improve productivity across locations.
• Provide timely reporting and forecasting for property operations.
• Act as main point of contact for the Regional Facilities Manager and CRE team.
