Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, supporting the Regional Manager and Corporate Real Estate. You will coordinate tenant needs and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

The role involves leading projects, managing budgets, developing programs to reduce costs, and generating regular performance reports. On-site work in West Union, SC is required, with opportunities to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years industry experience in either the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
• Strong organizational and management within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Share Point.
• Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems; supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project.
• Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity by working with the FM Lead and the client.
• Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets by interfacing with the client representative.
• Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property.
• Assist with the development and implement the annual management plan for the buildings within the area.
