Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
• Managerial experience with budgets and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and matrixed-team oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the plant operations team and ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory programs run efficiently.
• Manage financial performance and reporting for Operational Facilities within budgets.
• Ensure compliance with MSAs and amendments guiding JLL relationships.
• Monitor KPI/SLA trends and propose corrective actions for underperformance.
• Oversee maintenance, projects, and vendor activities supporting critical operations.
• Provide staff training and maintain safe work environment per policies.
• Ensure building systems meet state/federal/local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee NFPA life safety, safety management, security, hazardous materials and waste standards.
