Job summary

JLL is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for preventive maintenance and reliability across a multi-site facility. You will coordinate safety, scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor management while ensuring high service levels and strong client relationships.

The role requires flexibility to cover different shifts and a hands-on approach to maintenance, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams in a maintenance setting.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery, electrical systems and electronic controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EHS to ensure safety standards.
• Meet operational KPIs including labor tracking.
• Own scheduling and ticket completion workflows.
• Oversee building cleanliness and inventory tracking.
• Perform daily/weekly audits and preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide feedback and performance documentation.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
