Job summary

JLL is hiring a Senior Facilities Manager in Washington, DC to lead our regional facilities team across multiple locations. You will forecast budgets, manage invoices, and coordinate tenant requirements with the Corporate Real Estate team for a Fortune 500 client.

Strong leadership, project management, and CMMS proficiency are essential. The role operates onsite Mon-Fri with travel up to 25% and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, time off, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of third-party commercial IFM experience
• Strong organizational / management, interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong knowledge of real estate, construction, elevators, and project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Share Point
• Computer proficiency in CMMS systems like Corrigo, 360 Facility, Maximo

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management for Washington, D.C. region and oversee other locations.
• Prepare and forecast annual budgets and manage invoices and work orders.
• Coordinate tenant requirements and delivery service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Manage relationships with client representatives and FM team.
