Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to lead the efficient operation and maintenance of distributed properties. You will coordinate with the Client Facility Manager to deliver superior services, manage procurement, and oversee vendor performance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires building systems knowledge, strong MS Office/CMMS skills, and a track record of managing service delivery with KPI/SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years industry experience in a corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.
• General knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical).
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems.
• Maintain client satisfaction and positive relationships during service delivery.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with vendor contracts, SLAs and KPIs to drive account performance.
• Collaborate with Client to maintain portfolio oversight and timely actions.
