Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, supporting the Regional Manager and Account Director in delivering quality services across Westminster, CA. The role oversees plant operations, regulatory compliance, safety and financial performance while leading a diverse team of engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in facility management or related supervision.
• Proven budget and personnel management experience.
• Strong organizational and matrixed-organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations team and ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory programs.
• Manage budget adherence and track KPI/SLA performance.
• Provide oversight of maintenance, projects, and vendor activities.
• Ensure staff training and safe work practices.
