Premier Bankcard in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of all company facilities across multiple sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational readiness.

You will lead a facilities team, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring adherence to regulations and standards. This full-time role requires a focus on continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of facilities management experience with leadership roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all company facilities across sites, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop, implement, and manage facilities budget and forecasting of expenses.
• Plan and schedule disposal or replacement of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all sites.
• Lead and mentor the facilities team and manage vendor/contractor relationships.
• Interview, hire, and train new staff and conduct performance reviews.
