Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire is seeking a Facilities and Operations Manager to lead facilities, maintenance, and kitchen operations across locations, ensuring safety, compliance, and functionality.

You will supervise facilities and kitchen staff, coordinate contractors, manage preventive maintenance, and support budgeting and procurement while upholding safety and licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing facilities and kitchen staff.
• Experience in facilities management or related field; minimum of two years required, five preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and four years of driving experience.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and kitchen operations ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, ADA, and emergency preparedness standards.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules and safety inspections.
• Coordinate contracts, vendors, and inspectors; manage budget and procurement.
• Prepare capital improvement plans and track project timelines and costs.
• Serve as primary tech contact for basic employee technology needs.
