Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Facilities Management or related field.
• 5+ years of facilities management experience, multi-site preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and vendor management.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement of all bank offices.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
• Ensure facilities meet safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Manage facilities budget and review invoices.
• Plan office moves and space configurations.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Train staff on safety procedures.
