Job summary

PREMIER Bankcard seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of all company facilities across multiple sites in Sioux Falls, SD, ensuring safety, efficiency and alignment with operations.

You will lead a facilities team, manage budgets and CAPEX, forecast equipment needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff to drive continuous improvement across our facilities portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities management with leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-site operations across locations.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety regs and compliance.
• Certifications preferred: CFM or FMP.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all company facilities.
• Develop, implement, and manage facilities budget and CAPEX.
• Forecast and schedule disposal or replacement of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Lead and mentor the facilities team for excellence.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Interview, hire, and train new staff; conduct reviews.
• Handle performance management and disciplinary actions.
