Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or property management.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general building repair.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, maintenance schedules, and facility projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and life-safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across all facilities, ensuring buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, clean, functional, and welcoming.
• Recruit, train, supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with outsourced cleaning teams.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs for building systems.
• Coordinate vendors or contractors for specialized services, projects, and renovations—ensuring quality and cost control.
• Manage maintenance budgets, expenses, supplies, tools, and equipment inventory.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and regulatory records and ensure compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness and on-call responsibilities.
• Coordinate facility readiness for programs, services, and events.
• Lead maintenance projects to completion on time and within budget.
