Job summary

First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard is seeking a Marketing Operations Leader in Sioux Falls, SD to evolve an integrated, technology-enabled function. You will manage marketing operations, Martech platforms, and production teams within Marketing to deliver compliant, efficient campaigns.

Lead 3–5 direct reports and collaborate with Acquisition, Product Strategy, and Digital teams to optimize customer journeys, data usage and vendor management while upholding regulatory standards and

Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital and mail marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms and data integration.
• Understanding of credit card industry dynamics and regulations.
• 8+ years in corporate/agency marketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing operations, Martech platforms, and production teams.
• Ensure compliant, effective, and efficient marketing campaigns.
• Manage a team of 3–5 direct reports and vendor partners.
• Develop campaigns, automate processes, and optimize customer journeys.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting with Analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Acquisition, Product Strategy, and Digital teams.
