Job summary

First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee multiple sites, ensuring safe, efficient work environments and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and vendor management to support the company’s operations.

You will lead a facilities team, manage capital expenditures, forecast expenses, and supervise maintenance across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in managing multi-site operations
• Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory requirements
• Proven budget management and forecasting experience
• Experience with generator operations, ATS, and UPS systems
• Project management experience on new facilities construction and remodels
• Certifications such as CFM or FMP preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all facilities across sites
• Develop and manage facilities budget and forecasting
• Forecast and schedule disposal or replacement of equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Lead and mentor the facilities team and manage vendors
• Interview, hire, and train staff; conduct performance reviews; handle disciplinary actions
