Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of client facilities in Rochester, MN. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and coordinate service providers to ensure high-standard building operation and tenant satisfaction.

The role emphasizes implementing policies, safety, KPI performance, and strong client liaison. Relevant experience in facilities management and a Bachelor's degree are required, with competitive compensation based on location

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration required.
• 8-10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• Experience with human resource and performance management processes.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring services meet tenant needs.
• Manage service contracts cost effectively; audit and control systems; oversee payments and invoicing.
• Lead the facility management team in maintenance programs for interior/exterior facilities.
• Ensure staff provides timely response to client and tenant requests.
• Coordinate budgeting, reporting, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders.
• Direct hiring, training and performance evaluations of facility staff.
