Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Minneapolis seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple facilities, a campus, or a client portfolio. You will lead a facilities team, implement policies, ensure safety and tenant satisfaction, and coordinate services, vendors and budgets.

The role reports to the client and drives KPI performance, cost control and service excellence. You will manage budgets, develop capital plans, and oversee staffing, vendor management, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration required.
• 8–10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, campus or portfolio and ensure services are delivered per policy.
• Lead facility management staff and supervise maintenance programs for interior/exterior conditions.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated budgets, financial reports, contracts and purchase orders.
• Develop annual facility budgets, quarterly forecasts, and capital budgets participation.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting to assess objectives and drive improvements.
• Hire, train and manage facility management staff and maintain client relationships.
